Kate Moss: 'Brits struggle to dress for the summer'

Looking good in the sweltering heat isn't usually a concept us Brits have to contend with, aside from the two weeks in April each year when the sun comes out and the mercury rises.
But Kate Moss reckons we still need to know how to dress well in the summer, because all too often we lose our sense of style when the clouds disperse and the sun appears.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, the supermodel argued that people in the UK reveal far too much skin during the warmer weather and don't really know how to dress in the heat.
"When you're driving down the road in the summer, the English people ... It's not our natural thing, no. So it's: 'Put it awaaaaaay!'" she said.
"I mean, there's things I can't wear, that I'd like to. There has to be limits. Too short. Too much flesh. Too much colour."
However, the model admitted to making a few fashion faux pas of her own, including forgetting to do up zips as she's running out of her front door.
She also confessed to not being able to throw out any of her old women's designer clothing and to attempting to walk her dog in her high heels, although she's since ditched the skyscrapers in favour of more sensible (yet still stylish, natch) flats - because "you can't do a dog in a heel!"
Kate has become known as something of a style icon in recent years, rocking a standard uniform of skinny jeans, dark tops and blazers on her days off. But she claims not to get too hung up on the idea of being a fashion beacon, because "if I thought about it I wouldn't be able to get dressed in the morning - I just wear what I feel like wearing".
To get her look, try pairing a black Barbour Gold Label wax jacket with some grey skinny Victoria Beckham powerstretch jeans.
