The Adicolor concept was launched by adidas in 1983 where trainers were sold with the tools that they could be customised by the purchaser. The silhouette and colour of the trainer was purposely all white to encourage as much freedom amongst creativity as possible. In 2005 Adidas re-launched Adicolor with replicas of original trainers designed by numerous individuals throughout the years and here at Seasons we are lucky enough to have collected a few in our personal collection.

The Century Lo Red Three released in 2006 as part of the Adicolor Red series in collaboration with legendary comic book publisher Dark Horse Comics. Founded in 1986 with the concept of establishing an ideal atmosphere for creative professionals Dark Horse soon developed from a home grown company into an industrial giant. A red tennis shoe, yeah, its in your face. You know, its all about getting noticed, isnt it? And so, when we sat down to do the tennis shoe we wanted to be - we didnt want to be one of a lot of nice neutral-looking shoes in there - we wanted to be right in your face.

The trainers come complete and unworn in original box wrapped in comic book tissue paper with two alternate in soles, black laces and limited edition comic book.
