The Adicolor concept was launched by adidas in 1983 where trainers were sold with the tools that they could be customised by the purchaser. The silhouette and colour of the trainer was purposely all white to encourage as much freedom amongst creativity as possible. In 2005 Adidas re-launched Adicolor with replicas of original trainers designed by numerous individuals throughout the years and here at Seasons we are lucky enough to have collected a few in our personal collection.

The Hi Red Two released in 2006 as part of the Adicolor Red series in collaboration with New York/Paris-based art collective.. Surface to Air. Founded in NYC in 1996, their goal is to create new paradigms in art, fashion and design. Their initial idea was to create a shoe adorned with real butterfly wings and presented in a sealed, cocoon-like bag. The bag remains but the butterfly appears in a more practical satin upper. Extras include luxurious velvet lining, additional laces and Surface to Air lace jewels

The trainers come complete and unworn in original box with individual dust bags for each trainer and three alternate laces.
